False: CrossFit has to feel overwhelming. Learning a lot of new CrossFit movements might feel like a big task at first. That’s why our experienced coaches guide you step by step, helping you get comfortable and perform the exercises correctly. In our Beginner Sessions, we focus on teaching you the basics and making sure they really stick. This approach helps you build confidence, execute the movements safely, and most importantly, enjoy the process!
False: CrossFit is all hard work and sweat. No way! Our members and coaches take learning seriously, but CrossFit at black sheep is also about fun and community, with regular BBQs, events, and in-gym competitions. We encourage an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that makes training an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll be smiling at least once during your workout, guaranteed!

Our group workout of the day (WOD), Strength Classes, and Barbell Club provide a dynamic and motivating environment where you train alongside others. For a more individualized approach, we recommend our 1:1 personal training. Here, you receive tailored coaching specifically designed to meet your goals and needs. Our trainers work closely with you to develop a training plan that safely and effectively leads you to your fitness goals.
You can train all you want, but nutrition is no. 1 factor for overall health. Our experienced and caring nutrition coaches are here to help you establish both long and short-term goals, and will personally guide you through the steps you need to take to reach them.
