In the Workout of the Day (WOD) you will find a constantly changing mix of skill, strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels with the level method. The full CrossFit experience!

CrossFit Team Workouts are classic CrossFit WODs that you complete together with a partner. Together you motivate each other, share the workload, and experience CrossFit with even more energy and team spirit.

New to CrossFit? In the Beginner class, you’ll learn all the basic exercises you can expect in CrossFit through themed sessions. In a small group, you’ll have plenty of time to learn and practice techniques correctly. Each session ends with a CrossFit workout perfectly scaled for beginners.

Hyrox is an intensive training program that combines endurance and strength exercises. It is suitable for all fitness levels and offers an effective workout that can be completed without any previous experience. Hyrox is ideal for improving general fitness and discovering the joy of exercise.

Functional strength training with a focus on clean
technique, full range of motion, and stability. Perfect for improving CrossFit performance, preventing injuries, or getting stronger for everyday life.

 Barbell Club is all about Olympic weightlifting. Improve your snatch, clean and jerk technique.
